All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Provider & Delivery Estimates
We partner exclusively with FedEx to ensure your delicate ceramic pieces are handled with care and delivered swiftly worldwide.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or remote locations.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nicelain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Packaging & Fragile Handling
Because we ship ceramics, we take extra precautions. Each item is boxed and secured with high-quality protective materials to withstand international transit.
Important: Please check the exterior of your package before signing for delivery. If the box is visibly crushed or damaged, please inform the courier and contact us immediately.
6. Damaged Shipments
Nicelain is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@nicelain.com within 24 hours of delivery.
